Booking Conditions and Internal Regulations of La Maison d'Emilie

1. Arrival and departure times:

  • Arrivals : between 5:30 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. The approximate arrival time must be communicated no later than the day before your arrival. For any specific requests, such as a visit to the premises, an appointment with the owners, or a delivery, please contact us by telephone .
  • Departures : between 8am and 10am Monday to Friday, and between 8:30am and 11am on Saturdays and Sundays. Any time exceeded will incur a charge of €20 per hour .

2. Breakfasts:
Continental breakfasts (without savory options) are served:

  • Monday to Friday: between 7 a.m. and 9:30 a.m.
  • Saturdays and Sundays: between 9 a.m. and 10 a.m.

3. Parking:
Parking is on the street or in one of the 3 free public car parks nearby:

  • The first one is 50 m away on rue Louis Quinton
  • The other two are 100 m and 150 m from the house.

4. Rules of tranquility:
Respect for the peace and quiet of neighbors and other occupants is essential. Group meals and evening gatherings are not permitted within La Maison d'Emilie.

5. Animals:
Animals are not allowed .

Reservations and Cancellation Conditions

6. For individual reservations (1 to 2 rooms) :

  • Deposit : 30% upon reservation, balance to be paid 15 days before the arrival date.
  • All cancellations must be made in writing (email, text, or mail).
  • Late cancellation : If you do not notify us of a late arrival (after 7:30 p.m.) on the day, your reservation will be considered cancelled.

Cancellation fees :

  • The 30% deposit is retained in the event of cancellation (regardless of the date).
  • 70% of the amount will be refunded for cancellations made 15 days before arrival (if the balance has been paid).
  • No refund will be made for cancellations between D-15 and the day of arrival .

7. For group bookings (from 3 rooms) :

  • Deposit : 30% upon booking, balance due 15 days before arrival. Payments can be made in installments up to 15 days before arrival. Payment is to be made by the person making the reservation.
  • All cancellations must be made in writing (email, text, or mail).
  • Late cancellation : If you do not notify us of a late arrival (after 7:30 p.m.) on the day, your reservation will be cancelled.

Cancellation fees :

  • The 30% deposit will be retained in the event of cancellation of 1 or more rooms (regardless of the cancellation date).
  • 70% of the amount will be refunded for a cancellation on D+15 (if the balance has been paid on D+15).
  • 100% of the reservation price will be retained if the cancellation occurs between D-15 and the day of arrival .

8. Included in your stay:

  • Bed linens and towels are provided. We do not provide any change of bedding during your stay, but please do not hesitate to contact us if necessary.
  • Breakfasts are included in the room rate.

9. Responsibility :
La Maison d'Emilie declines all responsibility in the event of loss, theft or damage to personal belongings not deposited or received by us.

10. Loss or theft of keys:
In the event of loss, theft or non-return of keys, La Maison d'Emilie reserves the right to request a deposit of €200 (by check, cash or credit card), which will be returned if no loss or damage is found.

12. Confidentiality and telephone canvassing :
When you make your reservation, we will collect the reservation's telephone number. La Maison d'Emilie strictly adheres to its privacy policy . You can also register on the telephone canvassing opt-out list via the website www.bloctel.gouv.fr.
